1. Will I get my meter deposit back?
Once you have moved off our services and your last bill is paid you will receive your meter deposit back.
2. Do I have to pay all my meter deposit up front?
Yes, the total meter deposit is required.
3. How much are your city property taxes?
City tax rates are $.21 per $100 assessed valuation of tangible property
4. How quickly can I get my utilities turned on?
Same day service if you sign up before 3:00 pm.
5. Do I have to be on the City Sewer System?
Yes, if you are in city limits.
6. If I have a water leak can my bill be adjusted?
We allow a one time adjustment for water leaks once the leaks have been fixed.
7. Do you have a drive up window and an after hours drop box?
Yes, the drive thru is open until 4:30 pm M-F and the drop box is on the side of the building for your convenience.
8. What if I pay my bill late?
There will be a 10% penalty on current charges due.
9. Does your water come from wells or from surface water?
Water comes from wells.
10. What happens if I read my gas meter wrong?
If you read your meter wrong and the adjustment will be more than $100 difference then we can adjust your bill. This can only be done a couple of times though.
